What can I use to splice tiny wires that go from my monitor to the motherboard?
I found two tiny wires broken in the wire harness where they were pinched in the hinge area of my computer from time of manufacture. These were clean breaks. I want to get my LCD monitor working. It is obvious that this is the problem.
Cost of replacement part 59.50 plus shipping. Cost of soldering, .50! Hmm, what to do, what to do?
i THINK you can use a small Soldering iron, just a little but- but be sure to de-static.
NOT sure though so i wouldnt take my answer as a definite fact just yet
